These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tpower88 online gaming platform, operated at https://tpower88.cam ("Platform", "Website", "tpower88", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on tpower88, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

tpower88 provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services to eligible users in jurisdictions where such activity is permitted under applicable law. Our platform is designed primarily for Malaysian players and all transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. tpower88 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on tpower88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tpower88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities in Malaysia.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of, or on behalf of, any other person or corporate entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had a tpower88 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of tpower88 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion programme on tpower88 or any other platform where such exclusion is recognised by tpower88.
• You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable Malaysian law and not be considered a person of diminished legal capacity.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on tpower88. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. tpower88 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take immediate action, including suspension and forfeiture of balances, upon detection.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify tpower88 promptly of any changes.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. tpower88 will never ask for your password via Live Chat, email, or any other channel.
• Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify tpower88 support immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected].
• tpower88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

All financial transactions on tpower88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tpower88 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at tpower88's sole discretion.

Deposit Conditions: The minimum single deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are processed in real time in most cases, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider. tpower88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. tpower88 targets the following processing times: under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay); 5–15 minutes via DuitNow or FPX; and 15–60 minutes for bank wire transfers. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur in exceptional circumstances or during periods of high transaction volume.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tpower88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• tpower88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, and photo identification.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed, regardless of whether any bonus has been claimed.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the full wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• tpower88 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or system errors are suspected.

tpower88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are issued at tpower88's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to not disadvantaging players who have already accepted the offer in good faith.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the allotted timeframe.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for different game categories are disclosed in the specific promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino games contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only the wagering-compliant portion may be withdrawn as real money.
• tpower88 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if abuse of the bonus system is detected, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• The Birthday Bonus is available to verified accounts whose date of birth on record matches the current date. It must be claimed within 7 calendar days of the player's birthday. Tier-based bonus amounts are subject to the player's active VIP tier at the time of the birthday.
• The Referral Bonus (RM38 per qualifying referral) is credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit of the minimum required amount. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

All bets placed on tpower88 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming verticals. General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.

• A bet is confirmed only when it is accepted by tpower88's systems and a confirmation is returned to the player. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity issues may not be valid.
• tpower88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. This includes imposing maximum win limits and restricting bet stakes on individual markets.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, including typographical errors, technical errors, or odds that deviate significantly from the true market price, tpower88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency provisions. tpower88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice and to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific alternative settlement rules apply to that market.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). All results are final once a spin is completed and displayed. Claims of technical errors during gameplay must be raised with support within 24 hours of the relevant session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tpower88. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of withdrawals, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, email, device, or IP address.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage against the house or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in tpower88's platform, including taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions, or payment processing errors.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions as a mechanism to recover funds from settled bets or to manipulate account balances.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account limits by registering new accounts or providing false information.
• Any conduct that tpower88, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be abusive, harmful to the integrity of the Platform, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

• tpower88 will never attempt to contact a self-excluded player for marketing purposes during the exclusion period.
• Customers under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. tpower88 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
• Where tpower88 reasonably suspects that a player is gambling beyond their means or displaying signs of problem gambling, the Platform reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate contact with the player without prior request.

All content on the tpower88 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall selection and arrangement of these materials, is the exclusive property of tpower88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any tpower88 content without explicit prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tpower88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if tpower88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tpower88's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tpower88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tpower88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, technical failures, or communications disruptions outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the user account at any time. Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting tpower88 support via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-wagering-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

tpower88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure or asset freezing.

tpower88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the nature of the service — tpower88 will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email and/or a notice posted prominently on the Platform.

Your continued use of tpower88 following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and tpower88 that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact tpower88's support team and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tpower88 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will respond to all formal complaints in writing within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights or your right to bring a claim before a competent court of law where mandatory local consumer protection legislation applies.
